"The driver was not there to meet and greet me at all, in fact he was around 45mins away when I landed. I was promised meet and greet and told that the driver would monitor my flight. The flight landed 30mins late but the driver was miles away ‘on another job’. I was furious as it was the middle of the night and I was alone. I had organised this taxi so this situation would not occur. The driver asked me ‘if I’d been waiting long?’. Not reliable in the least bit."
